Throughout the month of May, many cancer awareness and screening camps were held.

Awareness regarding harmful effects of tobacco given to school children in Dummingkuppam locality on May 05, 2023. Event was attended by 50 children and the message of (We need food, not tobacco was emphasized). Kalpavriksham Trust represented by Dr Banupriya, Dr Manikandan and staff of Privaram Cancer and Research Institute.

On 15th May, We have conducted a Painting Competition for students on the occasion of World No Tobacco Day - Kalpavriksham Trust along with Privaram Cancer and Research Institute.

Totally 106 students participated in both offline and online at Privaram Cancer and Research Institute Premises.

It was an honor to have esteemed guests Mr. Manohar IPS, Mr. Rohith Nathan Rajagopal IPS, and Dr. Krishnaraj grace us with their presence and insightful discussions during this important event. During the event, we showcased the talented winners of the Privaram Cancer and Research Institute's No Tobacco Day painting competition. These young artists used their creativity to communicate the message of a tobacco-free world through their impressive artwork.
